Rain or shine, the region's largest farmers’ market can be found at the City Market every Saturday and Sunday year-round. More than 140 vendor stalls burst with bedding plants, fruits, vegetables, herbs, fresh baked goods and other sweets, cut flowers and crafts made by local artisans.
At the City Market, you will find the finest produce and many organic foods all fresh from Missouri and the surrounding region.

Join us for our Summer City Market Book Sales on the first Saturday of every month through October!

We have fiction, children’s books, Young Adult/Teen, media, and a variety of non-fiction.

Pricing: $2 for recent new release hardbacks; $1 other hardbacks; $1 all media – CD, Audio Books, DVD, Blue Ray; 50 cents paperbacks. Some special items separately priced. Cash or check only.

Location – in the breezeway at the northeast corner of the River Market, north of the Steamboat Arabia. Space is air-conditioned.
