Rain or shine, the region's largest farmers’ market can be found at the City Market every Saturday and Sunday year-round. More than 140 vendor stalls burst with bedding plants, fruits, vegetables, herbs, fresh baked goods and other sweets, cut flowers and crafts made by local artisans.
At the City Market, you will find the finest produce and many organic foods all fresh from Missouri and the surrounding region.

Salsa, Salsa, Salsa: Make Salsa, Eat Salsa, Dance Salsa

Learn to make and can delicious salsa using in-season veggies, Wednesday, July 19, 6–8pm in the City Market’s Farm To Table Kitchen.
Our nutrition educators from University of Missouri Extension will teach you to make DIY salsa to be enjoyed year-round, and our professional dance instructor will give you a basic salsa lesson. No previous experience necessary for either part of the class. Bring your sense of humor and a dance partner (optional).
And the best part? You’ll dance your way home from class with a jar of your very own homemade salsa!
