Rain or shine, the region's largest farmers’ market can be found at the City Market every Saturday and Sunday year-round. More than 140 vendor stalls burst with bedding plants, fruits, vegetables, herbs, fresh baked goods and other sweets, cut flowers and crafts made by local artisans.
At the City Market, you will find the finest produce and many organic foods all fresh from Missouri and the surrounding region.

Eclipse Yoga & Meditation

Yoga starts at 12p followed by the viewing of the eclipse and a Powerful Meditation, Refreshments and Sun Salutations.
The time period when a solar eclipse or lunar eclipse occurs has different meaning for people. Some people are fascinated by the event. some are scared of it. Some people say the eclipse energy is negative and we should take precaution to avoid negativity. Some people look forward to this event to practice their spiritual Sadhana during this period.
If you practice mantra chanting or meditation or any other spiritual practice then the gains will be manifold during eclipse. The Solar Eclipse supports the spiritual practice provided that they occur in your area. Eclipse is the most ideal time to go inward and find stillness or inner peace.
